This is a spinner! It's a heavy one, probably 200 grams. If you spin it well, the blades (or whatever they're called) expand due to centrifugal force. When slowed down, they collapse if held at a slight angle. If held horizontally, they stay expanded. They are tightened with a couple of magnets on each blade. For this price, it's top-notch. Another trinket for the collection.

Wow this is pretty amazing for the price you’re paying. It’s hefty and feels good to hold. It can spin for what feels like forever. There are three ways to spin it. 1. The center element — not really how it’s intended but it does spin 2. Spinning it by the section between the blades (it causes it to not open the blades when spinning) 3. Lastly, if you spin it by the blades they’ll open up and collapse when it slows down enough (could take over five minutes if not more!). Note: tighten the screens in the center immediately ! Luckily it was in my pocket but it fell completely apart. It had been perfect since then (:
